SHIPPING

Please select the appropriate shipping or pick up method upon check out (Ship to Association for Pickup). Your club organizer will receive all orders and communicate a pickup date to you once available.

RETURNS/WARRANTIES/DEFECTS

Due to the custom nature of the products purchased, all sales are final. We are not able to make changes to orders once the order window is closed, as production has commenced. Please review your order prior to check out. 

Please report any manufacturer defects or errors within 48 hours of receiving order to orders@konno.ca
